I called Precision Restoration and they were there the next day. I had water standing in the hallway, soaking the hall carpet and part of a bedroom. They immediately started working on accessing the damage and took steps to prevent further damage. They worked with my insurance as well. I really appreciated their expertise in what they do. I cant recommend Precision Restoration enough. The owner, Nick Sloan, came out to our house within the hour of receiving our mold results. He gave us an estimate that day and had his crew start working on our house the day after we decided to use Precision Restoration. He was upfront about the cost and adjusted the price as needed throughout the whole process. Nick is extremely honest and kind. My only regret is the time we wasted getting estimates from other companies. Precision Restoration is definitely the best option. I called Nick for a leaks and he was out here with two other employees within an hour! He was very professional and explained the whole process. I will never use another company for this type of work. He also told me he knew a plumber to come out and contacted the plumber and had him here to fix the leak in no time! Great business and Owner!
