We have been using RDSI for over 10 years and all of the sudden they cancelled our account because of our road??? It's a black top / asphalt road located off N Eastern and the turnpike. I heard this company was acquired so things have changed dramatically. The previous driver never had any issues getting to our dumpster every 2 weeks and got in and out just fine. So ridiculous and very disappointing. I usually don't do negative reviews but this one is well deserved! Services: Dumpster rental, Trash removal & disposal

Service over sales! Great! So tired of the [unnamed big national guys] who have their employees solely focused on "up sales" and retention each time you have an inquiry and focused ["brain-washed"?] on what a blessing you get by using their service. :-( Local people with local roots who are interested in a much more personal way in the people they service; live among. What a concept! Thanks RDS!! UPDATE: RDS merger Surprise!! Things have changed; not in a good way. Has the feeling of being back to the group with the green and yellow trucks. Very sad. Seems the long time good reputation of RDS employees and Ronny is being trashed. :-( I retract my stars. Lets say 1 star, maybe. Very poor handling of this event; after the fact notices, surprise surcharges added having the effect of an approximate 12% increase, etc. Guess the promise of increases limited to no more than 5% per year holds. Ive seen this game before. Base rates did not increase.

Always picks up my trash, even if I own a big bill. Very friendly people in the office also
