You will absolutely only be a money sign to this company. Jason charged us for weekly visits while he was coming bi-weekly. When called out not only did he lie but he was extremely rude. If I could give zero starts, I would.

I was hesitant to post this; however, hearing about other peoples experiences with installing new in ground pools, I have to say my experience was not great at all! The construction quality is terrible and so is the customer service of this company. You will just be a money sign to this company and nothing else. Once installed there is no follow up with you or care for their brand. It has only been two years and the tile and concrete are already cracking and in need of repair!!! Ill try and post pics. Also, during installation the construction manager was trying to hustle me for more money throughout the 4 month project. I would say that if I can go back and do it over, I would not have used this company. Three stars for the sales staff and 2 stars for construction of this pool. 2 stars because at least they finished well enough. Tens of thousands spent for amateur finishes in the aesthetics of the pool.
