Ordered club on Nov 25th. Got an email that a shipping label was being prepared and then nothing. No update, no club. Emailed company yesterday, no response. Disappointing service to say the least.

I ordered my GX-7 Driver from Golf Tailor in 2017, but did not received a driver head cover with it like my other golfing buddies did. I contacted Golf Tailor and a wonderful customer service rep (Gallen Malone) got back to me and said he was sending me the GX-7 Driver Head. I can't say enough good things about Golf Tailor. They're a great company and great customer service. They really look out for their customers.

U{DATE Removed the rating and comments for the C3i, since it is old news now.. disappointed they never offered any rebate for poor service and poor delivery time, but that's water under the bridge. Service for the Square Strike was great, and now that I've played with the club some, I really like it, so 5 for this one. I love my IRT5 clubs and definitely 5 stars for those. I do like the tips from Aaron .... Since the company apologized for the delay for 3Ci and gave a little background, I decided to remove the comments there... only thing about the 3Ci is that it isn't a good club for me for some reason, but others probably feel much differently.... overall, I changed the score to 5 stars. .
