When I have a solicitor come to my door the first thing I ask for is their Oklahoma City Solicitation Permit. Josh Daughtery with 777 Roofing and Construction is the first one that has been following the law in the 20+ years we have lived in our house. It was obvious that he was a roofing contractor offering to check our roof for free. Unlike the many roofing solicitors that I have run off and offered to have the police write a ticket for solicitation without a permit, I allowed Josh to look at our roof. Numerous roofs have been replaced in our area, so checking was in order. The pictures he took were convincing that they were of our roof and that we did indeed need a new roof. It was time for prayer and contemplation, especially with the large financial commitment. Part of the deciding factor to go with Josh and 777 was simply the no pressure, relationship building attitude of Josh. I had never heard of the company but had done research through BBB and other organizations and they appeared very reputable. We started the process with the insurance and Josh was here when the adjuster came out. Once the first results were back from the adjuster Josh saw that they had missed several things or miss-rated and he filed the necessary paperwork to get things adjusted to the right amount. As we were finalizing paperwork and setting schedule, he was mindful of potential HOA restrictions. His attention-to-detail further convinced us that we had made the right choice. The time of year and weather allowed for quick scheduling and then the six-man crew only took two days to complete the work on a 2100sf house. Josh was again on-site numerous times each day overseeing the work. The clean-up the crew did was amazing. Going over the entire work area and yard numerous times with magnets cleaning nails and other metal fragments. Leaf blowers were used all over the property to get all felt, shingles, and any other debris. After the very thorough job of cleaning by the crew, Josh later spent a couple of hours himself running magnets around the property. Everyone involved went beyond my highest expectations. In addition, they are collaborating with me and a painter before finishing the job by replacing all the guttering and gutter helmets which are a month further out. Josh Daughterys integrity, personality, professionalism, and attention to detail is why I can not only recommend him, but 777 Roofing and Construction.

My husband and I recently bought our first house and soon after discovered our home inspector wasnt as thorough as we had hoped. Then Josh came out and inspected our roof and completely reassured us! He was respectful, knowledgeable, and let us know that we had nothing to worry about. Will be using 777 Roofing again!!!

Josh came out and inspected my roof today, the same day I contacted him. He was very fast and efficient and I appreciated that he was honest that the roof was in great shape and didnt need any work. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend 777 Roofing! They were willing to work on my roof when others were not. The office staff was super professional and their response time to get my project started was fast. Josh D. was great to work with! He went above and beyond my expectations. Communication, duration of my repair project, cost, details with pics, and follow-up to ensure the work was done right everything was excellent. Thank you!
