I had a great experience buying a multifamily property with Orjana. She understands investmens better than anyone I have met so far. The process was so fast and she extremely accurate with all cash flow projections. After the five-star experience, I decided to manage my property with Fidelity Real Estate Brokers, their property management division. This is seventh month of management and I am very thankful for everyone, especially Kris Hawk and Jessica Brunner. They communicate well and are very empathetic. I highly recommend this team. Keep up the good work guys. I look forward to working with you for many years come.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star if I could and still leave a review. Their employees are unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. I had to put in 17 maintenance requests when I moved into my property, only 3 were addressed. They let us move into a home where we cant even use the cabinets anywhere in the house!! I was under the impression that the things we saw wrong with the house would be fixed upon move in, but they stopped all maintenance once we applied for the house! They still have yet to even replace the railing on our staircase, the parts remain in our living room! This is a safety hazard, mind you!!! Im SHOCKED they have 4.5 stars. Ive heard MULTIPLE accounts that they are awful to rent from since coming forward about my experience. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! This is only a fraction of the issues Ive encountered!!!!!

TL/DR- Exclusive property line lacked exclusive quality, as we had issues with electricity, hot water, and a/c. Customer service severely lacking during these incidents. The following highlights the 3 major issues we had. But little stuff popped up constantly related to the quality of the home. We were so excited to be renting with Fidelity. Our initial impression with our realtor, Shelly, was fantastic! But once we were moved in, things went south. We rented a brand new home under Fidelitys exclusive home offering. We expected this would come with an enhanced home quality and service. It did not. Our issues began with move in when we had very little electricity due to a faulty electrical panel. We had light and ac/heat, but were unable to plug anything in for 10 days. Fidelity offered no apologies, acknowledgement, or recourse for the disruption this caused- which was huge. We had no fridge, washer/dryer, or computers (big deal for WFH folks like ourselves). About 8 months later we had no hot water for 2 weeks due to a faulty water heater part. Again no acknowledgement, apology or recourse during these 2 weeks which were in winter. About 8 months after that we had no ac in our second floor due to a faulty ac part. This was actually never corrected. We went without ac for over 4 weeks. Our lease ended before the ac was fixed. I didnt push on the first 2 issues, but with the 3rd I started to ask questions. At this point I was told to just open a window and at least the weather is not that bad, though our upstairs temps consistently reached 90 degrees on most days. I later found out they could have offered us a portable unit, but did not. I asked for a phone call from the maintenance head so we could discuss options and was told, I prefer to keep things in text for documentation purposes. I then asked for some financial consideration from either the homeowner or Fidelity considering the span of issues we had. I was told that issues were not the fault of the owner or Fidelity and therefore we would receive no financial consideration. The issues were not our fault either, yet impacted the most basic of expected rental amenities. But in our conversations with Fidelity staff, we were treated as if those things were luxuries. Finally, Fidelity did not meet lease agreement with regard to deposit refunds. Lease stated we would receive the refund within 30 days. On day 36, I reached out, and received a statement showing the deposit amount to be returned. It took another week for the funds to appear in my bank account. We paid a pretty penny to rent from Fidelitys exclusive property line. To say we regret doing business with them is an understatement.
