We have dealt with three different property management companies for group home rentals; Express Realty has been the best one! We have rented one home for several years and recently rented 2 more homes from them, they are always very quick with maintenance issues including after hours and weekends. Highly recommend this company!

The worst and the rudest person I ever met in my 61 years. He will never be able to sale a house . Even if he is a owner of the house. Don't trust him.

Owner of this company waisted my time. Drove all the way to view home. Called in advance. To inform them of road construction. Was running literally 5 min late. I drove 45 min to view this home. To find how rude and arrogant he was. Saying he had to leave. He has another appointment. Was leaving. I am in the market to buy. Had enough money in cash to actually buy the home. He was very arrogant and cocky. I never would think am owner would portray himself in such a unprofessional manner!! I'm leaving a picture of the money he missed out on. As I will be providing in a picture!

If I could give them no stars I would. You pay $40 EACH PERSON MOVING IN. RIDICULOUS. They are impatient and have no idea how to cater to applicants that have just recieved their residency. They are incompetent and honestly everything I have heard from them is discriminatory. Social security administration recognizes a social but because a Credit Company does not they denied 3rd applicant. A background check was completed by his name and was cleared but still not enough. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They will quickly take your money but not help in any way to get a home. They blame you for everything instead of trying to work with you. The negative google reviews make sense.

Rented from them for 2 years. Ended well and recieved our deposit back as well. It was a pleasure renting with you all at Express Realty. Happy Holidays.
