James and Leslie served as our agents both in the sale of one of our homes and the purchase of our most recent home. They are fantastic. We worked with them virtually on our purchase and James served as our eyes and ears for the tours to help us pick the best house and pointed out any flaws he saw along the way. Leslie worked with our mortgage company and title company to make sure all of our paperwork was in place for a smooth process. Theyre an awesome team and work hard to exceed expectations.

The Hugos were great to work with. It was our first time selling a home and they made the process easy as pie. Very pleasant folks that are easy to communicate with. They had plate home on the market very quick and the pictures/videos taken of our home were top notch, better than anything I have seen on any website/listing prior. Youd have a hard time finding better realtors to work with. Highly recommended!

We worked with Leslie to sell our house, and she was lovely. She was well-organized, communicated often and answered all of our questions. I know she is busy, but she always made us feel like a priority. She knows what shes doingour house sold after 2 days on the market! James and Leslie helped us find our new home and walked us through the buying/selling process with patience and wisdom. They listened to our familys needs as we searched for our next house, and they offered invaluable insight every step of the way. They are very communicative and made themselves available to us as they expertly guided us through next steps. Their knowledge of the market allowed us to be strategic as we placed an offer on our new home, and competitive as we listed our old home. They are well connected in the community and were able to offer us recommendations on plumbers (etc) when repair requests came in. We felt confident that they were representing us well to the other realtors in negotiations. I highly recommend the Hugos, they are the real deal.
