My son was struggling his whole life and absolutely no one would take us seriously! Dr. Swink took his time and was super thorough with Jasper. He also was super compassionate and super gentle and kind with my son who has so many behavioral problems. I recommend him to everyone we meet who asks for advice on who to see. He also helped us get the process started for SSI and to get our kids back from dhs due to our sons genetic issues.

Very disorganized office. Staff are not motivated to call back, have personal conversations with friends in the waiting area and don't stop to address patients until the conversation is interrupted. Dr. Swink uses research and education material from the 90's, and used a diagnosis (ADD) that is no longer current practice. The form letter he wrote the referring physician misspelled common medications. Staff did not prepare patient for multiple appointments for testing despite being asked multiple times whether that would be expected. They did not set expectations, respond accurately to direct questions about the process, and required multiple phone calls to get them to respond to a new patient inquiry. If you need a $500-700 diagnostic test, do not expect to be made a priority or to get recent and accurate information. This is not a thorough clinic on an any level.
