A great trainer and a nice guy. He'll hook you up! Prices are fair and he is very flexible about your scheduling. After only 2 weeks training, I lost 2% body fat, gained 2 lbs of muscle, and improved my run. These stats came from the body index scale which Bruce has access to at the old Transformations gym on Kelly, where some Thunder used to train. I love the facilities as well, employees are always very friendly.
