From start to finish, my experience was stellar. The team did a great job of keeping my up to date on the process. What I liked most was the response time whenever I sent an email or phone call. I never had to wait too long to get an answer to my question. This is my first home purchase and I never felt overwhelmed by the process. Katie Colberg was the person who answered my first call when I began the process and had so many questions and she was who I worked with throughout the process. I chose Prime Lending because of the reviews and I am so glad I did!
