        While the therapists are good, since the office has merged in 2022 with a large national health company (presumably to make more money), the customer service is non-existent. You will wait on a national phone line for hours for someone to answer the phone. When you email, you are sent to the national phone line to talk to someone. There is no way to contact the local office anymore unless you literally drive there. For a healthcare provider, it is the worse service imaginable. Go elsewhere for your health services if you want to actually have a relationship with your doctor and medical staff.
