They do not answer the phone!! I waited 37 minutes for them to answer the phone and no answer. Called five times and waited no answer. I am changing my doctor! This is extremely INCONSIDERATE!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I scheduled a new patient appointment over the phone on November 2nd. One of the receptionist named Tanya called me November 18th to tell me I was scheduled in an inappropriate time slot and that I would need to reschedule my appointment. The earliest available for a new patient is December 6th. I tried to expressed your her that I had already waited a month for the appointment I scheduled on the 2nd and Iâ€™m in nursing school so that is why I scheduled the original appointment on my thanksgiving break. She blew me off and said there was nothing they could do. I could either call when I knew the next day I would be able to come in or I could see a different provider. Numerous times she cut me off when I was speaking. She would sigh and I could hear her pull the phone away from her ear when I was speaking. She was the most unprofessional receptionist I have ever dealt with. I will only be scheduling via the app from now on.
