I had a Hydro facial with Kaylee and it was amazing. Highly recommend this service and place! Friendly staff and all the things there. Kaylee was very helpful and knowledgeable

Office is above and beyond when it comes to friendliness, being helpful and overall knowledge. Erin herself, has an amazing bedside manner and is TOPS when it comes to being a fantastic overall diagnostician!! It is without question worth paying out of pocket over using my insurance with a provider that would cost nothing.

Arrived early, when it was time for my appointment, I was taken back and left waiting in the room for over an hour. After an hour and a half, I could not wait any longer, told the receptionist and she was astonished that I had waited that long. She was slightly apologetic, she said they would call to reschedule. I never received a call nor an apology from Erin. I can understand running behind but not communicating or caring about others time is unacceptable. I guess my time nor business was important. I wont be returning and I will tell others. Dont waste your time, there are several other places that will do a better job and in a kinder more attentive manner.
