Mercy has great care and fast appointments this particular group of employees lack compassion, and the ability to see patients in a timely manner! Appointments further than 30 days away for nerve damage doesn't seem like GREAT CARE! does it! Seriously get more help or something. Not my fault their is not enough Dr's in your system to see patients accordingly!

3 years ago Dr Vincent (I use the term Doctor lightly) put an Abbott spinal cord stimulator in my low back for arachnoiditis, about 9 months later I had to have it revised do to the stimulating kept moving, Dr Savage who did the revision told me, lead #1 was left loose to slide back and forth at the battery and lead #2 was not snapped into the anchor so it to was sliding around at the spin, this created a lose lose situation for me. Was this incompetence or neglect? Either way it should have never happened. On my postop and follow ups he acted like it was a big inconvenience for him to have to see me. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend anyone to this place.

Mercy staff are 99.99% absolutely wonderful. They are warm and welcoming. From check in to checkout everyone is friendly and sweet. P.A. C Sever is knowledgeable and informative. He takes time to explain the information he shares with you as a patient. He even used visual aid to show the specific nerves and discs. This was helpful in getting a full understanding of my specific issue. His knowledgeable and compassionate care was well received. He's also very easy on the eyes . JS
The facility is clean and somehow serene. Inspirational scriptures are always near.
There is a cafeteria on site with snacks and fresh sandwiches. Indoor/outdoor seating available. You can indulge in carrot cake (which I did) fruit or many other choices.
