We are so pleased with our experience at Factory Direct Mattress in Edmond. We stopped by late on a Friday afternoon, and even though the door was locked, I called the number indicated on the door. Justin answered and told us he would be at the store in five minutes. He was there in a flash, unlocked the door and invited us in. Justin was very knowledgeable and explained the choices he had in stock, since we needed to take a mattress with us that day. He was polite and considerate and never put any pressure on us to purchase anything. When he noticed that my husband and son were veterans, he offered a most generous discount. The mattress we decided on proved to be affordable, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. One bonus is that it was manufactured right here in Oklahoma City with materials from the U.S.A. I am so glad we found Factory Direct Mattress. We are pleased to recommend Justin at Factory Direct Mattress without hesitation.

Justin was great. Very accommodating and honest, not pushing an up-sale nor the cheapest option but instead asking what we were actually interested in and what we needed/wanted. Will def be looking to him for future needs

Absolutely fantastic service. We called last minute and they showed up within 5 minutes to help us out. After sleeping on a terrible mattress they helped me find one that fit me and at a great price too. 10/10 would highly recommend

Justin gives excellent personalized service. He was able to address all of our concerns and is very knowledgeable regarding the mattress industry. We expected a full day of mattress hunting but once we visited Factory Direct Mattress and spoke to Justin, we knew our search was over. There was a good selection of quality merchandise, the store was clean and well stocked. Delivery was fast, easy and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Justin and FDM to anyone looking for a better sleep experience.
