Michael I am very sorry that you are dissatisfied with us But we are set up to report through Equifax, they are the ones that pull customers files to report, we are not the ones that do it so its literally out of my hands how they report. And as far as being late on loan payments, we give all of our customers a ten day grace period before the late fee kicks in and the system we use automatically generates those fees after the ten days.. There is no double standards on our end. I am always here to help my customers grow and do well to build their credit but its up to them to always communicate to let us know what is going on in order to work with them and to make payment arrangements.. We have ways to help you avoid those late fees if the lines of communication are kept. Again we are sorry that you have had this issue but we are always here to help if we know what is going on. I have been here eleven years and have many customers that are very happy with our services and I hope you know we will continue to be here for you now or in the future..
