I have hesitated from leaving this review, 1. Because I dont know if it will accomplish anything and 2. I work in a similar industry, working with women to help them feel like the best version of themselves. However, its been on my mind for almost 2 months and I still feel the need to share.
There are very few (if any) other places in Edmond to find bras/undergarments and I needed an update for an outfit I was wearing that day. I walked into the store and told the woman working what I believed was my band and cup size but that I wasnt sure and would probably need help. I wish I got her name but all I can remember was that she had glasses and red hair. She took me back and measured me at a band/cup size, and I cannot stress this enough, I have never been in my life. I know we all fluctuate, but I was truly shocked. She insisted and I gave her the benefit of the doubt. When she brought back my new size it was comical. The band was massive and the cup was tiny and I had her come in the room to check to see if she saw what I saw. She proceeded to tell that the part of my chest that was spilling over the cup??? Was simply armpit fat. Even if it was, why would you say that to a woman, ever?
I gathered my things and left immediately. Its taken me 2 months to revisit the idea of buying new bras from this horrible experience but I finally went yesterday to the Penn Square Dillards and received amazing customer service and guess what? The size I thought I was? Was confirmed and what I ended up purchasing.
Lastly, I want to say the associate who made that comment needs serious training. I have had a complex about my body since the comment was made and have struggled with my body image my entire life. I know I would never point out a part of a womans body so carelessly, especially if my measurements were incorrect. Every woman deserves to feel their best and at the very least HEARD.

Grace was really helpful and very educating. She didn't judge us at all with our needs especially since I was a bigger girl. She was very understanding and helped all our needs. A lovely environment!

Shout out to Liza who hooked me up (literally) with the most comfortable strapless bra I've ever owned. I had called in advance to request a certain style and size, and when I arrived they had set aside the correct item. Liza popped me into a spacious fitting room and even allowed me to try the bra on with two dresses to ensure I had the best fit. She ended up recommending a different size based on her expertise and of course when I tried on the next size, she was right. Thank you for not letting me leave with the wrong size!
My sister who was along for the ride was also impressed with the other staff members who offered her seating and were genuinely so helpful and friendly. Would definitely return to this location the next time I'm in town and need a new undergarment!
