Nothing but good things to say about all the staff at this office, especially Megan. I usually hate the idea of having to call and speak to insurance but every time I have, they have made it real comfortable and easy. Ive been a customer for 5+ years and couldnt imagine using anyone else!

Monica Baker was a great help with my recent homeowner's policy update - very knowledgeable and was able to correct several policy details which I would have never caught on my own (and for which my previous agent of 20 years failed to catch).
Bottom line: I have materially better coverage and she was able to tweak a few things that actually ended up saving me on my annual premium. More for less ... how often does that happen these days?
