I used Be Your Own Builder to build my house. Larry helped me save a lot of money using his program and built a better quality of a home using his resources and contractors. He is very easy to talk to, he explains the process and really cares about his clients.

This place gives you a list of sub-contractors without even running a background or checking to see if they are liscensed and bonded 1st. There is a contractor on here that has stolen money from numerous people, doesn't do any work or give you the supplies you paid them for. Also they are not licensed and bonded. What kind of business recommends a person that steals from people. Be very careful find someone else to do business with. Larry Oesterman highly recommends this person which is completely disgraceful. How could you let someone like that into people's homes. Look at his record on the court system and the long numerous court records along with lawsuits. He has never paid a dime back to these people who are left with torn up houses me being 1 of them. Shame on you.....
His wife is also in on the scheme which even makes it worse....
Maybe you should pay to fix what he messed up and give us our money back.
