From sales, warranty, and customer service... needs a lot of work. The minute you buy a home from them they forget about you. Their lack of care and communication shows. Getting their mistakes fixed via Warranty is a joke! We purchased our home and they refused to work with the date we ended to move in... fine. They said it needed to be cleaned and whatnot. Fine. Not clean at all or what we thought it would be for a brand-new home. We have PVC pipe broken all over our back, side, and front yard. They ripped chunks in our garage and left the floor glue and ankers. They put the garage door in poorly to the point where they hit a wire and my husband electrocuted himself. It did get fixed but just shocked.. pun intended that they didn't check or do a better job installing it. Their customer service that I called told me it wasn't their effing problem when we had a gas leak and had to stay 2 nights in a hotel until it got fixed and I asked for some form of reimbursement or who to speak with. When I brought it up to EVERYONE I spoke with they were shocked but not enough to resolve the issue or figure it out. We were told that the grout was sealed... nope so some of the grout is red from all the showing...(we purchased the model home) and the grout was poorly done anyways. And we have mold and issues with our grout in the shower... they gave a base answer on how we need to fix it and seal ourselves and blamed it on the sales department and others for not giving the right answer. Buyer beware. I understand that not everyone has had this experience with this company and that's fine.. this is just the tip of our experience with this company. I wish they took better care of the people that purchase their homes and buy into their communities. We STILL don't have a park theater they have told us we would have. They keep blaming the city of Edmond but refuse to update us or figure out where this is going to be built. They claim this is a family community but it is far from that!!!
