Ive known Paul for along time now. I did his personal home when I worked at a heat and air company. Ripple creek homes is an amazing place they build beautiful homes and the dont cut corners Id recommend them to anyone wanting a custom built home.

I currently own a home that is built by Ripple Creek. This home is about four years old and I am now having to replace the garage. The insulation , parts and motor don't fit the garage and now we have to pay a hefty price. If you are building be sure to check this as a handful of our neighbors also had problems with their garage, so this is not an isolated incident. It honestly begs the question , do you not care about the work you produce or who you partner with to build your homes? Are you not embarrassed that multiple people have the same costly issue? Do not mistaken the design of the home for quality.

The owner of this company, Mr. Harris, is a liar and a thief. Woe be the person who does business with this guy. He will go to great lengths to destroy your reputation without even an attempt at rectifying the problem.

Although we mostly appreciate the quality of home we received at the price, dealing with warranty issues has left a sour taste in our mouths regarding Ripple Creek. Before closing, we expressed some concerns and had several items still on a punch-list that we were told would be taken care of. As with any new home, there were also a few additional things that came up in our first year. Communication was poor and timelines for repairs were always long. At one point, the home was even unlivable for 4 or 5 days. A few items lingered on our list and repairmen were scheduled and rescheduled but never came out. Our frustration escalated to emailing with the owner of the company who was rather curt and threw his employee under the bus saying we never should have been told certain things would be fixed. We were incredibly disappointed in both the process and final result. My advice to anyone considering working with them would be to not rush to close until everything about your home is perfect.

I found this builder through Parade of Homes and really like the one house that was available to view then. Their website is very disappointing though with less than intuitive navigation and no floor plans that I can find.
