F45 Training Edmond OK

This used to be my happy place. New management has ruined that for me. They only see you as money in their pockets and not as people.

This used to be a place where I enjoyed going to and since the new management took over, it has become a place where I would not set foot in. The quality of the place has gone from 5 stars to less than 1. One good coach left and the new one's are terrible who do not know what they are doing. There is no sense of community anymore. The staff needs to get themselves educated in customer management, and friendly service. Not worth a membership here.

Was looking for a gym where it would be fun to workout and doesnt get boring everyday. F45 timings are the best whether you want to come super early before work or after work. The trainers are all excellent and for a beginner if you are looking for a place to start its a great workout. I would recommend based on price and times offered for group workouts.

There are not enough words to describe places in Oklahoma who promote a healthy lifestyle. Our state is in si much need for places like F45 Edmond. F45 offers a wide variety, never ending, non boring fitness routines that will make you work every muscle in your body. Its a perfect mix of cardio, resistance, mental challenge and community. Only thing missing is yoga! (Im biased) Its in a perfect location and you can drop in and work out with out the hassle of trying to design your own routine. Ive visited many other F45 locations across the US such as Dallas, San Diego and Denver and F45 Edmond offer a very clean wide space, new equipment , excellent management and great Trainers. Game changer
