Melissa is wonderful and so caring. She truly listens to my needs and takes the time to investigate and provide proper care. I never feel rushed with her and I appreciate the active research she has done to treat my unique medical needs.

I see why this office is getting such bad reviews, they never answer their phones and I’ve called different times of the day. Maybe if they quit screwing around taking pictures with skeletons they would have time to return calls. Yes, I’m a past non-disgruntled employee, I was simply calling to give my address. Very unprofessional and rude, however this is nothing new.

Melissa and her staff have been great. I have been using them for both of my daughters for about 6-8months. They are human and every once in a while they forget to call back till the next day but the need is always met. She takes time with my girls to talk with them about what they need and doesn't just pass out pills without thinking it thru.

Malissa herself is pretty great but the customer service here is absolutely horrible! Her assistants are flat out rude. When I asked to speak to malissa personally the lady said “well I can write your number down but she’s not gonna call you back.” While needing to speak directly to her about some things is not possible. Also the way they do insurance and billing is wrong and will mess it up. I’m not the only one who’s complained about this and has been in the same situation with them. I highly do not recommend Andrade medical services! I started going to her for help that I was needing only to get into more problems.
