I switched from Integris to Mercy after being constantly dismissed about mental health issues, GI problems, and a painful lump in my breast. I had my new patient appointment today with Lauren Dubberstein and she took time to listen to my every concern, offer solutions, referrals, and I could tell she actually cared and wasnt just pretending to. Ive not had great luck with medical professionals in the past and I was highly impressed today at how patiently she listened to me, didnt rush me out, and didnt try to upsell me on a bunch of services I dont need. After 30 years I have finally found the right care team. Thank you!
