THE best doctor I have ever had! He listens, he cares, and he is always available. His staff is the best as well.

I have the utmost trust in Dr. Martin and his staff. He is always very good to answer any questions and explain things to me. He is very conservative in his approach which I appreciate; he doesn't recommend tests, etc. unless they are necessary.

By far, the worst Doctor I have ever encountered. My father was under his care in a skilled nursing facility and I genuinely feared for my fathers life while under his "care". Dr. Martin failed to order that sugar be checked on my diabetic father and as a result his sugar dropped to dangerously low levels (24) and had to be sent in an ambulance to the emergency room once the family intervened. EMT and ER doctors said that if we would not have sent him to the ER he would died and that there was no excuse for his sugar to drop so low while under the care of the facility. Even after this incident, there was another dramatic drop in sugar that was caught by a family member who had to alert everyone in order for my father to get care. Dr. Martin, was also not available to consult with regarding care of any kind. In order to talk with him, the family would have to literally track him down at the skilled nursing facility and would not respond to requests to consult with him.
