Ive seen Dr Roberts and Alyson Duncan for 3 years and they helped me with ongoing issues that required surgery and Alyson continues to help me navigate life with Barretts esophagus. They have both been amazing throughout my experiences with them. I first saw Alyson after my gi bleed rendered me unresponsive and I needed a blood transfusion. Now my Cameron lesion is gone and I dont even need an iron supplement or a ppi. Shes been amazing with advice on what to take over the counter as well. I highly recommend them.

As the previous reviews can confirm, I was also frustrated with this facility for similar. Though I have actual physical symptoms, I was treated like I didnt have issues that were worth the inspection of this clinic. Very displeased with the attitudes of staff and especially a certain nurse practitioner who seemed over zealous in attempts to dismiss my symptoms and concern. She begrudgingly ordered diagnostic tests but I do not appreciate the attitude in how my appointment went today.

Every single time I try to schedule an appointment for a check-up they cancel on me the day of and always reschedule me so far in the future that makes it impossible for me to arrive. The front office women are cranky and have HORRIBLE customer service. They laugh at you on the phone, and give awful attitude back continuously. I was so fed up that they kept canceling on me so I asked to speak with my Doctor or anyone else that can help me and I ALMOST NEVER receive a call back. Do NOT go to this office.
