They cut every corner possible and will lie to you to sell anything. Since we moved into hidden creek neighborhood, they have told every neighbor a different story and promised well over than what they delivered. They ended up putting the park in a retention pond thats not USABLE and floods every little rain so they could sell another lot. Most houses in the neighborhood has flooding issues or they have had to put in large drainage systems. Silverstone wont help fix anything.

They extorted $800 from my client based on no fault of hers or mine. Bad form.

0/10 would not recommend. Sure they build nice looking homes, but they will cut any corner necessary to pinch as many pennies as possible, including swindling their customers. A friend that lives in Cascata Falls (a neighborhood they built a lot of homes in) told me about all the problems their neighbors have had with this company. They all say to steer clear, invest your money else where and save yourself the frustration.
