Southern Oak Custom Homes just finished building our new dream home and we could not be more thrilled! While building a home in the middle of a pandemic is no easy task, John made the whole process smooth and communicated with us every step of the way! He excelled by really listening to what we wanted and providing multiple options for how to achieve our vision for each space in the home, while also being sure to finish within the budget we initially set. If you are looking to have a one-of-a-kind/head-turner home, then John is your guy! His attention to detail is astounding and he always gave us updates on where we were in the process. His finished product far exceeded our expectations, and we feel so excited to come home to this beautiful house every day! He is a great builder and a really awesome person.
