We just went to look but wound up buying. The tediousness of the process was made less painful due to our salesman Ricky williams. There was no overbearing over shadowing following us everywhere which was a relief. Answered all the questions we had,
if was going to buy another vehicle we would go there again.

Tried to contact them several times about their advertising and always get stalked by some salesman. There is no means to reach the corporate office. Very poor set up and not customer friendly.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE, THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEIR CUSTOMERS END UP IN A DITCH BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO FIX THINGS THAT SHOULD BE FIXED ON THEIR VEHICLES BEFORE SALE. i signed my contract on December 19th 2023, it is now 3-13-2024 and i have had the vehicle in my possession for maybe a month since then, first it was the breaks and the tail light they didn't screw in, then it was the breaks and a rattle and i had a list of other things that needed to be fixed as well, when they showed me this vehicle it was sitting on their recondition parking lot waiting for a plastic cosmetic piece so i couldn't even test drive it, so let me point out that no where on the vehicle did it say "AS IS" out of nobody's mouth did i hear "AS IS" and nowhere on my paper work does it say "AS IS". After being basically treated like a little woman who doesn't know what she is talking about, i finally got to speak to the general manager MR. FEATHERSTONE, he was suppose to get back to me that afternoon, but i ended up having to take time off of work just to go up there to be able to speak with him, he said he wanted to send it over to the Yukon dealership cuz his people dont really know anything about jeeps, so i waited for an appointment took my car in on the 24th of February got a jeep wrangler as a loaner, i have never heard about them having absolutely horrible gas mileage, i put $150 in gas in the jeep in 2 weeks time, and only went to and from work and my job is less than 10 miles from my home, which is ridiculous, i was told that my jeep would ready on later that afternoon which was 3-4-2024 the dealership in yukon thinks im paying for all this, when its suppose to be covered by joe cooper in edmond, i get a mesage from the guys in yukon, on the 6th asking who is suppose to be paying for the charges, i tell him joe cooper in edmond, he informs me that he can not get in touch with mr featherstone to get that verified, and asks me to have featherstone contact him via email because he cant get ahold of him either, so i try to get in touch with featherstone to get that figured out, and i cant get him on the phone, so i take friday the 8th off to go up there adn deal with it, and oh guess what featherstone is not there he is in meetings with mr cooper, and i said i was going to go up there to speak to featherstone and i was advised against it by sway, so i wait all day for a call back from featherstone, so i call the yukon guy and he said it was ready for me to come pick up, so i go up there saturday the 9th, to pick up my jeep and they tell me its going to be over $600 i was like ummm im not suppose to be paying for this, nobody at the yukon dealership knew about anything that is suppose to be happening, nobody can get in touch with featherstone, the receptionist in yukon gets in touch with somebody and get that verified that im not paying for this, well by the time that is settled i find out that all mr featherstone has approved to be done is changing the brakes on the rear and did something with the rotar, well the breaks are still squealing and the whistle whine noise is still happening, and i still can not get featherstone on the phone, so here i am, i have one more step after this review to get this taken care of, this is absolutely ridiculous, i do not reccomend getting a vehicle from this dealership. if i could give them 0 stars i would but im okay with the 1 star because of the yukon guy Randall, UPDATE SO AFTER TELLING THEM THE SPEAKERS WERE GOING OUT I WAS DISMISSED BECAUSE I WAS JUST LISTENING TO MY MUSIC TOO LOUD. Well now there is no sound at all except 1 speaker. A message on the dash saying sound system unavailable.

I sold my vehicle to them. This was by far the easiest transaction I have ever done. From the quote, to signing the papers. They gave me exactly what I was offered. If you need to sell a vehicle, I would highly recommend this company! Thank you for making a tough decision very easy on me.

Very happy with Cooper Auto group. They were able to follow through with everything they said they would do once I purchased my vehicle. Some of these things were only mentioned over a handshake and they would have not been legally liable to do so. That goes a long way these days. I will buy my next vehicle at one of their dealerships. For now they have a lifelong customer.
