        This was my first car buying experience, and I couldn't have been happier with how I was treated at Genesis of Edmond. Specifically, Parker helped me from the very beginning and was as kind as they come. I never felt pushed, never felt pressured. He asked a bunch of questions to help make sure I understood the process and all of the features of my new vehicle. Stephen from their team also made the financing process a breeze, explaining in detail all he could, without ever getting annoyed by my questions. I'm excited to be working with this dealership for the forseeable future, and appreciate the first class treatment. They made me feel like a rockstar, not just a number, and they have my full recommendation if you are on the fence! Go check them out!

        We were treated very well at Genesis. Kyle showed us a couple of different cars my wife was considering. He was knowledgeable and low pressure. Matt, the sales manager, was very personable and fair and made the buying process easy. Austin, the finance manager, did a great job with us and helped us complete the sale quickly.

        Great Dealership! Every salesman, service advisor, finance person seems to really want to make owning a Genesis a wonderful experience. I pulled up to Service for regular maintenance and was greater by a tech and an advisor. They each separately checked on my advisor and let me know he'd be with me shortly. Even though things were busy, they made me feel like I was important. 9-2023. Genesis Service was easy to discuss vehicle issues with and kept me up-to-date on repairs. Nice to deal with them. Service for Hyundai seemed pushy on unnecessary services on a new vehicle purchased in May 23. Texting questionnaire was confusing why we chose not to have the unnecessary services done. Asked for wash. It took nearly 20 minutes. We were told that their car wash didn't have dryers. Do they wash the vehicles by hand?
