We were absolutely happy and relieved to have found someone who was so flexible and communicative to provide and display balloons for our grand opening event. Cindy was so sweet and the balloons looked great! We recommend her to anyone!

        I contacted Cindy through a web search for balloon delivery in Edmond. My son is at freshman at OC and I could not be there in person to wish him a Happy Birthday on his special day as I live in Texas. Cindy immediately replied to my text and made the most amazing balloon bouquet for his 19th birthday and delivered it to his dorm for me. She was so sweet on the texts and even offered her number in case he needed something in college as I was 3 hours away! I would highly recommend Cindy for her balloon arrangements! Her work is amazing and she is such a genuine person! Thank you Cindy for making my boys day extra special!!!

        The website says same day but I wouldn't count on it. When I asked for same day, I was told it was too little notice. False advertising.
