I was called for an interview from the executive director Scott Slemp. He stood me up on 3 separate interviews. He needs to be reevaluated as the director or completely delegate interviews to another staff member. He lacks professionalism based on his behavior in this situation. The DON Lacy was pleasant but she had a CNA to inform me that Scott was not present for the 3rd attempt at an interview. Their pay scale is low to pass medications for 48 resident. WOW !!! Be warned!! Overall the staff was nice

Love working here. Family atmosphere. We are a team. Anytime I need help everyone jumps in to help me. I've been in the field 20 years now and I couldn't ask for a better team, from the management to the care team. They are all there to step up and in when needed. Thank you guys for allowing me to be a part of your team.

I really love my team, and love working at Teal Creek!!! I love how everyone goes above Nd beyond to help with whatever it is that needs to be done from care staff, kitchen to our managment team! Scott Slemp is one of the best directors I have had! I really appreciate being apart of this whole team!!
