A very nice young man came out to our house and took measurements for a double wall convection oven. This was a month ago and we never heard back from Weathers. The 3 stars are because the young man was very polite but there was no follow up from anyone at Weathers. Weve moved on and purchased elsewhere.

This is my 3rd purchase with Weathers. I was not as happy this time as in the past. Paid for TV and waited more than 2 weeks for a call about installation. I had to contact them. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he would call me back, that never happened. When the install crew arrived, we discussed the installation, and it was not what was explained to me by the salesman, and not what I had paid extra for. THANK GOODNESS for Joel and Andy. If it had not been for them, the TV would have gone back. They did a workaround and I am very happy with their work. I did call and speak with the manager to let him know how much they saved the sale. I hope he acknowledges them and their hard work.
