I am so glad I was able to move in!! I lived here many years ago and the complex looks totally different today. The owners have really updated!! The property manager Mahnaz made the whole process from looking at the apartment to signing the lease so easy.

Did some work for them, I'm happy with the compensation and they where satisfied with the work, great units, friendly staff clean property with plenty of amenities

I came to The Boulevard in need of a short term lease, they kindly agreed to a 6 month lease. Inspite of a rocky start with multiple maintenance issues they were actually very good at responding and working to get things done. For the most part I had no real issues, until it was time to move out. All of a sudden, management treats the departing tenant as a fugitive, which leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Being willing to work with and sort out their grievances, they still refuse to handle things professionally. I am not sure if this happens regularly but I hope other tenants have a more positive experience when their lease runs up. Wishing the best to the management team.

The apartments are well maintained, Safe and the neighbors are very friendly. The property manager does a great job and is always there to help with anything.
