Manager Tom Coats is NEVER in the office, doesn't help with any problems (noise, trash, parking), doesn't keep laundry room clean (the machines are disgusting, the door is left open so trash is always on the floor) doesn't keep the grounds picked up - it's a horrible place to live. The carpet is decades old with stains and burns and many residents have leaks, missing tile, mold and various other problems. The manager lives here but is rarely seen and when asked to solve a problem doesn't care to take care of it. Don't ever live here it's run by slum lords

Its cheap too live here , and you do get what you pay for, however its a nice quiet area, nobody bothers each other
