        First I would like to say the technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. I had a warranty issue and Chris was very patient through the ordeal. As it turned out the sillcock was not covered. It was stressful dealing with warranty personal. Chris still showed professionalism through it all. I was told $435 for the sillcock replacement. He noticed water under the house. Then he told me a total of $590. A sump pump was needed to remove the water. The sump pump was never used. The next day when they returned the water was very minimal, mostly gone. Another tech showed with him on this day. So I am still confused why the price I paid was $500 instead of $435. They lowered the price by $90 since they didn't use the sump pump. The cost without the pump was suppose to be $435. I did inquire to one of the techs about the pricing issue. He said the other tech still showed. They had to leave to get plastic sheeting to use as a liner under the house( time lost). There also was an issue with a duct. It was taken care of quickly. The guy that answered the phone was eager to help and courteous. The customer service was overall excellent. I wanted to see what sillcock they were going to use. I received an invoice with just zeros, mainly blank ( disappointing ). The sillcock information wasn't on that one. However, the last email the second day was extremely informative with pictures and video. It was still missing the breakdown I wanted, along with what kind of faucet it was. Courteous, knowledgeable, customer service + job well done! For this reason I would definitely use them again!
