In all my years, Ive never dealt with such an awful place. They misquoted my deductible over charging me hundreds, which I paid in full and then never processed the claim correctly with insurance. (This was almost a year ago) Meaning, Ive had to pay another full deductible for all the other bills that came through for a simple procedure and they still owe me hundreds refusing to refund me or settle with my insurance company. The hospital and clinics do not communicate nor use the same systems so youre running through the wringer trying to talk to anyone who knows anything. Im out over 4k and they still wont send insurance my medical records. They are corrupt and prey on their patients. Avoid ALL Alliance Health clinics and hospitals at all cost.

We had to see the new Dr. that replaced Dr. Harrison and the Dr. was inept to the job. Now we have to go searching for a competent Dr. The Dr. didn't seem to care for patients or the place they were working at. Alliance Health has went so downhill.I understand why doctors are retiring or leaving there!

I went to get Covid tested and specifically asked if they did same-day-result testing, which they replied yes to and told me they could do it that day. After taking the Covid test for work the Dr. told me that I should not go in there asking for a Covid test because HE went to school for this and it was what he was taught and didnt feel like I needed to be tested and I was undermining his authority and if this happened again I should go somewhere else. Mind you this was after he came in and checked up on me and continued to give me the Covid test and did not state he did not see a need for me to take it, Prior to him coming in and telling me this I heard him and his team arguing about others issues they were having working as a team. Basically the staff was having a bad busy day and were not communicating with each other. I understand having bad and busy days but that does not mean you can take it out on your patients. If they were not able to do the test the day of they shouldve mentioned this when I asked at check in. Point being dont take your frustration out on others and if you cant provide a service or refuse to, please do this before the service is carried out so we do not waste each others time. Thank you. I gave it a 2/10 because at the end of the day I got what I came for but did not appreciate being treated like this on the way out.
