Some very unfriendly and unwelcoming people..... it's important to start with I've spent the last 15 years in the act of addiction or incarcerated so getting in amd seeing a doctor hasn't been something I'm familiar with. Anyways... I have a feeling something isn't right and I'm simply trying to get a physical.... and in order to do that as a new client you fill out paperwork and return it later.... when they told me this I was confused and didn't understand.... they made me feel about as big as a pinky nail because I'm assuming to them I should know the process..... I've never heard of a approval not approval type system to see a doctor .... once mentioning it was just a physical I needed they said when you get approved..... now I just got a call being informed I was not approved...... I was either unclear or they misunderstood. I simply put methadone under prescriptions I'm taking .... and they misunderstood it for thinking I was trying to get prescribed it and that was the purpose of my visit..... methadone is often used to help with withdrawal to get off opiots ... it can be mis used keep in mind,which I do as well...... after explaining this to 2 different people between the 2 of them they said 3 different reasons why it was denied all of which were based off the assumption I was trying to get methadone... then instead of just apologizing when they're clearly made a mistake and could say they will relook at it they try to say we don't see people who are on methadone which j camt imagine is true ... considering she said the Dr. Doesn't usually see people on methadone..... so he does sometimes? And how without speaking to him would you know if this would be one of those times? I know what they're doing it's happened a good part of my life I'm covered in tattoos and this kind of stuff Hass happened to me when going into medical settings. But never like this. I've never didn't made you feel how they made me feel completely unwelcoming and thinks they're better than you all they had to do was say my mistake let's relook at it but instead they kept just grasping at air because they went to school so many years they can't just say I was wrong. I don't like doing this and in fact it's only the 2nd bad review I've given but there's no excuse for making custoners/patients .... or even a stranger how they made me feel

Brooke is the best!! The front desk needs help! They wont answer the phone. A lot of times when they do answer they are very short with you and they let you know by their tone they dont want to be bothered with you. Maybe they need more staff.

The doctor we see is great but their front desk people need to get off their phones and less chit chat between each other and answer the phone to take appointments. Its ridiculous that these people want the job but hate it so much to take calls. Please fire and hire people that are friendly and want the job and will do their best to do great.
