I am extremely upset with the way this office has turned. We have been with them for 5 years now all of my kids have been there. I sat on the at 430 it did nothing but range. Phone shut off at 445 for the office to close. So 15 minutes of waiting for someone to pick up just for the call to go dead. Lisa and Jessica are amazing but the other lady upfront I am not a huge fan of her. Here anymore they never seem to have sick appointments open and the doctor is always booked out. This is the only reason I have a 1 star. Dr. Joseph and Jennifer are a 5 star!!! Now the one PA is a no star she said there was nothing wrong with my kids to just 24 hours later at the urgent care up the road they all had the flu. The PA did no swabs or nothing. Just said allergies and to go home.
