The staff is very polite and the doctor is great, very good experience except for the final product. Instead of purchasing new frames, I brought my frames in to them for new lenses and once I received the frames back, the right lens was not fitted properly and it appears that they bent the (metal) frame on the right lens down or in to fit to the new lens. Unfortunately, they were insistent that this was a manufacturing defect of the frames, and not a mis-measurement on their end. I know these frames were not defective (or at least THIS specific issue did not exist) as I have had these frames for 5 years and did not have this issue at all until after they replaced the lenses. Outside of this issue, they seem like a pretty great place to go for your eye care. I would probably stick to buying frames from them though, that way hopefully there is a warranty or some other recourse if an issue is present as soon as you go pick them up.
