Worst customer service I have ever received. I've been in bureaucratic limbo for over a week with no one able to help me and all attempts to reach someone who can help me have failed. Do not do business with this company.

Today had issue with my upgrade phone very courteous long hair gentleman straightening it right out. Not like previous lady who seemed to have bugs crawling all over her constantly looking out window ,, snorting and scratching like she was bored. Haven't seen her since. Hope she got the help she needed because she did not help me at that time. But happy now Update. I was lied to about my phone upgrade being free. they charged on the business account the phone I got.. My brother went ahead and paid for it. however The phone I got was not able to be used on the business account... Need to make sure you know what your saying before telling a customer the phone will be a free upgrade then turn around and charge for it.
