        Under brand new ownership, well versed in construction...this project has been completely rehabbed, which it has been in need of...and is now back on the market---at reasonable rental rates--with major improvements ! Good to see !

        Looked at apartment today the manager was very pleasant informative and patient. You can tell waa a lot of remodeling going on. I'd rent there

        This apartment complex is a joke run down poorly managed sue the the owner is a joke maintenance Bruce is not a maintenance man has know training never fixes the problem it has gotten so bad you got maintenance hiring residents with no training what's so ever this apartment complex covered in cockroach on walls and crack on base board and also broken floor on stairways also covered in mold.

        This is a nice place to live. The apt manager(Nicole) is quick to address any concerns brought to her attention and the maintenance man(Bruce) is quick to fix any problems. Property is very well maintained and people are friendly
