        When we started planning our move to the area from AZ I knew I had to find us a good agent, and it was a little overwhelming at first. After a recon trip we decided to focus on looking for properties in the Arbuckle Mtns area. After reading some reviews I chose Blankenship Realty and sent an introductory email. Kristen Hall responded right away and we started planning a trip for me to come look at acreages. Little did we know the journey we would go on. It was mainly fantastic overall, but our lender (the bank we had a great relationship with) dropped the ball and displayed massive incompetence at times, and at a few points we seriously thought we were going to lose the home we wanted. Kristen was the right person to work through this process with us. She was always on top of things and would reach out to the loan officer and processor to keep them going. She is a wonderful, nice person, but she can also be one tough cookie when needed. I am so grateful to have met and worked with her. Jamie also helped us out in the early stages and braved the cold so we could have a video tour of a house. They are THE BEST!
