        They deleted my 2018 duramax and left the ecm hanging by the wires. I have had codes thrown constantly since they did the job and they will not answer the phone or reply back to anything. Pretty pathetic. Will never recommend them! Service: Auto engine tuning

        Brad and Miguel are very knowledgeable and professional. Their shop deleted the def and EGR systems in 2021. The truck has ran great since then. I had to get the transmission rebuilt in June 2023 and the shop that did the rebuild could not reprogram the new PCM and transmission valve body. Apparently the computers on both systems could not communicate correctly. Brad reprogrammed my truck three times and finally got the computers finally linked up. If it wasnt for them I dont think my truck would have been properly programmed. Each time I offered to pay Brad and he said no. For someone to go out of their way to help a customer is something you dont see anymore. If you want to have your truck deleted, this is the place to take it. Outstanding work and above and beyond customer service. Highly recommend!

      We returned phone calls and offered to look at, repair truck at no additional charge, these ecms are held in by plastic only and have no bolts to secure them. We see them often and they are hanging when we receive them and often secure them with zip ties to prevent them from coming out of their designated holder. We rushed the customer in at a time when we were very busy, but still tried to accommodate him since his truck was down. We are not perfect and sometimes do not always zip tie the ecms in place if they seem secure. GM has fixed this in the newer body style trucks. We made multiple calls to customer to try to get him back in and can not reach the customer any longer. Our phones still ring every day and we schedule customers in daily. Sorry for any problems you have experienced but we will always work with customers to make everything right. 918 973 3545
