Republic Services of Stillwater Transfer Station

Absolutely hated this company when we lived in Cushing. They seem to want to do nothing but the bare minimum with maximum payments. The City of Cushing just posted on their Facebook how to receive good customer service from Republic. Get a load of some of this: 1. No personal trash carts. Despite every other major and small town we know picking up both. Nope, too much for Republic! 2. Wont empty a cart with items coming out the top. Seriously? Again guess its just a little too much work to get out of the truck and lift the cans like trash men used to! 3. Wont empty a cart if its by a car or mail box. Because they rely on an arm to do their lifting. Again, cant get out of the truck like trash men used to? 4. They send emails if you have 3 carts out making sure youre paying for 3 carts. If not better luck next time! 5. They take pictures if they deem your carts arent out. 6. No household items. So basically everything trash collection has been known for they dont want to do. What exactly is being paid for then? Cushing and anyone else that uses them need to find a new service provider for trash collection.

Had dumpster by road before trash day. Didnt dump it and gave no reason why besides pure laziness. I called utility office and come home to see the garbage truck passing my place and my dumpster is still full. Called the utility office back and they told me they cant discount my refuse for the week although Ive never had my stuff dumped. Complete highway robbery. Also if I catch these people trespassing on my property again Im gonna deal with them in a very unpleasant way because they are destroying my driveway despite the no trespassing signs. Very unprofessional and lazy. If I could give zero stars I would.

My experience with this company has been a complete nightmare. I paid for a large container that was supposed to be delivered the following Monday from 10-12pm, mind you they debited my account Friday as our soon as I ordered it, they had no problem taking my money. C was not delivered at the stated time so I called at 1:30, I was hung up on twice while being transferred, finally I get to someone who tells me there was an arrow with documents on their side, no one called me to tell me this. So I resign the documents and I am promised the container the next day. Next day rolls around and by 4pm not container, so I call them and they tell me delivery is now scheduled for Wednesday. I told them to cancel my order because we rented equipment to clean up after a house fire and we needed a roll off Monday like they promised. They agreed to cancel and give me my money back. I even have a case number. I ordered a roll off Tuesday evening from another company who delivered it the next morning. Wednesday afternoon rebuild delivers their container and I had left Wednesday morning for a business trip my workers didnt know anything about the situation so they let them drop it. I started calling Monday of this week I was hung up on again and promised two phone calls back. None of that happened. Today I call and tell them to come get their dumpster. They tell me they arent issuing a refund like promised because the container was delivered even though it was canceled and customer service gauranteed me a refund. This has been a horrible experience. The whole reason we needed the dumpster was to clean up our property after our house fire. Now I owe for the other container I ordered too all in good faith Republic would issue my refund. Shame on you. I would say if you have other options for home trash service or large containers, choose the other company because this company is literally trash! I recently visited this place and I must say, it was a truly outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to assist me with my trash. The facility itself was impeccably clean and well-organized, with clearly marked areas for different types of waste. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the commitment to ensuring that all waste was properly sorted and handled. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was aware of all the waste disposal options available to me, and they patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. Jeremy's knowledge and expertise in waste management was truly impressive. I was also impressed by the eco-friendly practices that were in place at the waste transfer station. From recycling programs to metal scrap boxes, it was clear that the facility was dedicated to minimizing its environmental impact. Overall, I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience at the waste transfer station. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and the facility itself was top-notch. I highly recommend this waste transfer station to anyone in need of waste disposal services. It truly deserves a 5-star rating!
