Disaster Restoration

One of the drivers / employees for this business lives just down the road from me. He runs the stop sign in front of my house every single time, I'm not sure he even taps his brakes. Doesn't matter if kids are playing in the street or even waiting for the bus, he never stops. Even ambulances and fire trucks have to stop for stop signs in neighborhoods. Seems like the company makes some really bad employee decisions, I wouldn't trust them in my home. Update: now the driver road rages me going down Mingo. The only thing that has changed is that he drives a street further down and runs the stop signs in front of my parents house, and they're nearly 80. This issue has only gotten worse since I made this review.

What an outstanding experience with DRS in Coweta! I was reluctant to reach out to a restoration company at first because of negative restoration company comments, in general, Ive heard through the years. However, I knew we had a DRS in Coweta that I had driven by a hundred times and where better to start than with local businesses. When I looked up DRS and saw who the owners and operators were in the About section of their website, my reluctance faded. Casey and Jana were a blessing and joy to work with, calming our fears and expertly guiding us through our issue. Professional, down to earth, always fun to talk with, rooted local residents, active supporters/participants of our community and athletics, honorable, and committed to their customers and their well being. Lets not forget Shaii as well. What a great representative and asset to DRS; reflecting those same personal and professional characteristics! Very enjoyable to work with. A true right-hand man. Another great credit from a customer perspective to the trainee that was shadowing Shaii at the time. (Im sorry I forgot his name since) Courteous, relatable, professional, and great customer-facing skills. We thoroughly enjoyed working with DRS and have recommended to other people several times since. Great folks, great local business, and great asset to our community! Thank you DRS!
