Land buyers be careful. I started the buying process of land in August on property that was listed as having water. Through closing it was discovered it does not have water but will have water soon. Since closing in November I have been told 1-2 weeks for the start of water lines being ran, pending weather, and still there is no start date in sight. It has not been unworkable weather anywhere near the whole time since this process started. Now, we are well into the building process and need water and I am going to have to pay out of pocket to have water brought out. Beyond discouraged at the lack communication and honesty involving the water.
