        Carpet in bathrooms, a bit dated, didn't receive answer if you accept vouchers, puke green exterior is an eyesore...so I rated in middle..I have voucher and I m not overly impressed abd I didn't get a response

        New owner bought it raised rent $235. Are tyrants about everything and lost everyone paperwork. Making people pay $600 fines for service pets because they lost paperwork. Fine you $100 for smoking. Fine $100 if battery beeps in smoke detector. Said they are from Texas and this is Texas prices!

      you should come and tour the property maam as none of our units have carpet. please leave a review once you actually come and tour! We will be doing tours from 10am to 3pm!

      Hello Jim!My response will be for factual information only. New owners cannot lose anything that was never done. No paperwork was provided at the sale therefore please take that up with previous owners and the staff they had on site. As you see we did not keep those staff members to ensure things are handled correctly moving forward. The fine for smoking in your apartment is $500 and not $100 and then an eviction will be filed if you continue to smoke inside the apartment. We have never charged for service animals and only require that proper documentation is provided and all deposits for pets would be waived. I understand not everyone is liking the changes. However, not everyone likes to smell smoke when they walk into their apartment from a neighbor smoking and unfortunately again the fine for smoke detectors is only if you remove them.Replace your battery if your smoke detector is beeping.
