        My expirence wasn't great she messed up On my taxes 2years in a row. No communication skills. Can never get a hold of its always her daughter or others when you have questions. Very unprofessional. Had a friend go there too this year 2022 and she messed up his taxes too. She also had the wrong info for my bank so my money got put somewhere else said she would contact IRS or have a paper so my money could be given call again and she tells me I wont even get my money till the next year.
